This site contains easily accessible and extremely useful information to help you create successful travel plans in Europe. You'll find downloadable Google Earth place-marks complete with links to photos and information relating to interesting places, transportation connections, etc. There are also links to useful sites for finding train schedules, locating accommodations, and learning the basics of various European languages. Everything is organized by country or region and you can also access information for Europe in general. The site is constantly updated so check back for new content. Compiling so much data takes time and energy, so please be patient and help support our efforts.

Follow the links on the navigation bar on the left to download placemarker pin-sets for certain countries or categories. Each pin has an icon to show what type of location it is and includes links to photos of the location and other useful information. They will load automatically if you have Google Earth installed as shown in the screen shot below. We are constantly adding new locations to the pin-sets so check back for the latest versions.

This site focuses on using the wonderful online 3D mapping tool known as Google Earth. This program serves as a three-dimensional globe that the user can manipulate to any view, near or far, and includes such features as road and rail overlays and locations of many cities and points of interest. Users can also edit their preferences and add place-markers known as pins at various locations on the globe. These can be saved and edited, and shared with the community. Although this site is not affiliated with GoogleEarth, it makes use of this tool to share geographic information that is very useful in planning an excursion in Europe, or even just to explore the world through the world wide web. You can download Google Earth from www.earth.google.com and begin your exploration and adventures. Find locations you know of and download some of the place-marker sets from this site to discover other interesting sights.
